Full Planning

The Full Planning package encompasses all aspects of the event including creation, design, and implementation. It is recommended this planning begin 8 months prior to the event.

    • Rehearsal or night before walk through

  • Floor plan creation and seating advice
  • VIP guest coordination and organization
  • Day of coordination including set-up and break-down
